The Hourglass: Vases
The original Hourglass Vase Collection challenges conventional perceptions of form and function of decor objects in modern interior. These handcrafted ceramic vessels break away from traditional vase by introducing an innovative, dynamic, reversible design that invites the observer to interact with them and explore multiple orientations creating different color and shape combinations.
Explore different colors
When used as a set, the collection becomes even more dynamic. Each vase can be flipped upside down to create different heights, proportions, and color contrasts — offering endless combinations. The mix of shapes and orientations, variety of colors and gradients, creates a balance between symmetry and asymmetry, structure and fluidity, making every setup feel fresh and unique to its space and observer.

My name is Eugene, I create contemporary ceramics that exist somewhere between function and sculpture. Simple forms, clean lines, and objects that feel natural in everyday life.
My background is in graphic design, and it still shapes how I see things—composition, balance, proportion. Over time I moved into working with clay, where the process is slower and less predictable, but also more honest.
I'm passionate about modern aesthetics, sustainability, and innovative design techniques. Inspired by art, music, and nature, constantly exploring new creative possibilities.
